In the past five years, the general hospital has built alliance cooperation with 25 hospitals above the second level, and has established 15 specialized alliances; received 854 person times from 24 alliance member units, carried out cadre management rotation training, received 433 short-term and medium-term learning and advanced studies, held 194 training and improvement classes for various doctors; held 8 alliance summary meetings, organized 53 evaluation guidance and simulated acceptance; and accumulated more than 500 people went to the grassroots level Provide academic support and management guidance for the member units of the alliance.
